Hello everybody:
We are back from a very relaxed and fun break. Now it is time to get back on track and finish Quarter 1 nice and strong.
AST will be celebrating International Peace Week, so many activities will take place. These will be informed to you via e-mail.
6th Grade Math
We will continue practicing converting fractions, decimals, and percents today and tomorrow. Please make sure students use the hand-outs given to make their conversions in an accurate manner.
The test has been rescheduled to this week. 6-3 will have the test on Tursday; 6-1,6-2 and 6-4 will have it until Friday. The topics will include place value, expressing, ordering and comparing whole numbers and decimals, as well as converting fractions, decimals and percents. I will be giving students more information about what will be included during class.
Cívica
Continuaremos trabajando con la unidad de la familia. Mañana trabajaremos con la lección sobre Interrelación Familiar al contestar y discutir un cuestionario.
La próxima semana se darán las instrucciones para el proyecto final de la Unidad.
